    The buffet breakfast features seasonal vegetables and fruits carefully selected from all over Kyushu, freshly baked breads and danishes, and a selection of Fukuoka' traditional dishes such as sesame kanpachi, a local delicacy, and mentaiko (cod roe). Guests can also enjoy a variety of egg dishes prepared in our spacious open kitchen, including croissant eggs benedict and our signature omelette with mentaiko sauce.

    Japanese Breakfast

    In addition to the buffet breakfast, Viridis also offers a Japanese breakfast served in an Arita Yaki porcelain box. Each dish is prepared and served with carefully selected ingredients such as grilled fish, sashimi and Fukuoka's specialty Mentaiko (cod roe).
