Born into a renowned culinary family and known for his appearance on Japan's legendary television program Iron Chef, Chef Chen introduces the captivating world of Sichuan cuisine—defined by its depth, complexity, and vibrant heat—to Fukuoka for the very first time.
Marking the hotel's inaugural collaboration with Chinese cuisine, this exceptional dining experience harmonizes the fiery allure of Sichuan with the sophistication of French gastronomy, creating a one-of-a-kind epicurean encounter.
