At The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, our modern Western restaurant, Viridis, is delighted to unveil a new dinner menu designed to showcase the vibrant flavors of summer.

Two Michelin-starred culinary masters, Chef Yamanaka, whose restaurant in Singapore has held a Michelin star for eight consecutive years, and Chef Mori, a beloved local chef renowned for leading the French culinary scene in Fukuoka with multiple Michelin One-Star accolades, will elevate Kyushu's seasonal delicacies into exquisite masterpieces.

This exceptional menu features an abundance of carefully selected local ingredients, including Yame tea, Ayu fish sauce, and summer ratatouille. You'll also savor premium regional produce such as Satsuma sweet shrimp, chicken, and Satsuma Wagyu Sirloin.

For those seeking a refined yet casual dining option, we also offer a short course, perfect for unwinding after work or enjoying a solo indulgence. Whether celebrating a special moment with a loved one or treating yourself to an evening of culinary delight, Viridis invites you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.

Savor the vibrant flavors of Spain with an elegant selection of Iberico ham, tortilla, and sizzling garlic shrimp tapas. Delight in succulent roasted pork, rich and aromatic paella, and refreshing gazpacho, each dish crafted to transport you to the sun-kissed landscapes of Spain.

 

To conclude your culinary journey, savor traditional churros and a selection of summer-inspired desserts. Complement your experience with a fine selection of Spanish wines and refreshing sangria, perfectly paired to enhance the flavors of your meal.
